The patient presented with oral pruritus, generalized urticaria, facial edema, throat tightness, abdominal pain, and diarrhea after consuming a snack bar containing baobab fruit pulp and several other ingredients. Skin testing was positive for baobab and an extract of the whole bar, but not for any other ingredients (102136).
